FaBrick does not present a menu as such, but Adriane Scarpetta keeps a careful record of the recipes and ingredients that Andrea Colli has prepared since the beginning of the restaurant. The only thing that the companions at table have to do is to take the corresponding notebook, to go to the last page and to find out which is the menu; of the day.
