The night begins with a welcome cocktail and a small appetizer of blinis with dill cream cheese and crispy Iberian shoulder. It will be followed by two starters to share: the grilled scallops on sautéed spinach and edamame cream, and the duck pate with mango chutney and peppermint jam.
Diners in love can choose between two main ones: either shrimp and mushroom ravioli with shrimp sauce, pesto and parmesan tile, or Iberian pork with green asparagus in textures and Pedro Ximénez reduction.
Dessert will be passion cake, white chocolate and passion fruit ganache and passion fruit mousse.
