The menu begins with a fine cream of crawfish, marinated scallops and lemon grass air. It will be followed by a fish of the day accompanied by asparagus in squid tempura and citrus vinaigrette. To make an intermission, diners will enjoy a salad of prawns, avocado, yogurt and coconut ice cream with yogurt vinaigrette, followed by delighting with duck breast with potato spheres, cured goat cheese and kumquat jam.
