The kitchens of S’Era de Pula have been bustling with activity for weeks. The chefs Eduardo Gandía and Omar Lorca are immersed in the preparation of all kinds of homemade nougat with which to delight diners.

There are roasted egg yolk, chocolate, Jijona-style almond, or Alicante ... With these homemade sweets a special dessert will be made for Christmas, although, as great chefs usually do, neither Omar Lorca nor Eduardo Gandía reveal any details.

Festivities between lobster, cannelloni and garden products

Tradition is served on the tables at S’Era de Pula, but with a different twist. For Christmas Eve there will be, among other delicacies, roast beef cannelloni with bechamel and black truffle. At Christmas, one of the star dishes will be lobster toast.
