More than 150 gastronomic experiences
And what better way to celebrate the Christmas season than to go to the Hotel Victoria, Gran Meliá, an emblematic establishment well known by majorcans for its privileged location, its distinguished and comfortable facilities and, of course, for its wonderful gastronomy, of which Chef Leonel Lovrincevich is in charge. Leonel, in his menus, proposes a perfect combination of international cuisine with a lot of majorcan influence.
Groups can choose between three finger-type options and another three to drink at the table. It can be extended with an aperitif and welcome cocktail, and extend the evening with the open bar. For these guests there is the possibility of requesting parking under availability.
Leonel Lovrincevich has designed a dinner focused on tradition, but with touches of creativity. On Christmas Eve, foie bonbon, Iberian prey, galet soup ... and, of course, stuffed turkey and Christmas log will be served.
On New Year's Eve there will be a tribute to this date and to Mallorcan cuisine. For the occasion there will be a complete welcome aperitif with quality local products, but also dishes such as Majorcan lobster bisque and cap roig, and a very special dessert called Luna de Mallorca, with oranges from Sóller and cava will be served.
