Chef German de Bernardi has designed a Mediterranean menu created so that each and every one of the dishes can be shared. Families and friends gather around the table for lunch and dinner, sharing moments of joy and good tastes. This is Fabiola's concept, that those who come here share everything that is on the table.
Among the most outstanding dishes are cod fritters with saffron and orange mayonnaise, tuna tartar on fine olive oil coca, or lobster roll on brioche bread.

Fabiola Gastronomic Garden has initiated the concept of half cocktails, to be able to taste several options or, who prefers it, a wine and a half cocktail. This is an innovative bet that is very welcome and includes a whole range of colors and flavors to be tested little by little.

The decoration is groundbreaking and avant-garde. The walls are covered in such a way that they reflect a jungle garden, with mangroves, palms and lianas. An intense green on white, alternated with enormous flowerpots full of plants, and with a chic furniture.
Fabiola Gastronomic Garden opened its doors in September last year and has already become a benchmark, both for the national and foreign public, who fill their tables equally every day.
