"When people enter the restaurant they are surprised, because they taste Mallorcan cuisine, but very much my own," explains Peter Toth, chef and owner of Restaurante Café Med. Peter, Hungarian by birth and Mallorcan by adoption, smiles that he likes to cook since the stomach, with the soul and with love. "I want to surprise diners, show them that there are other things they haven't tried before."
The menu is small but select. Says the chef, “I like seasonal product cuisine; Vegetables are the center of everything, most of them come from my garden, we plant them, take care of them and harvest them in the best conditions, at their ideal point of maturity, and around it I create the dish ”.
