Andreu Genestra reigns in the Aromata domains, a true oasis in the center of Palma. "An emblematic patio, in which a great team works, are more than enough reasons to enjoy this restaurant at least once a month," says the chef.
The purpose of Genestra is to bring gastronomy closer to all audiences, to make it affordable, both at noon, with more popular proposals, and at night, much more elaborate.
Lunch and dinner in Aromata
At noon, diners can enjoy, for example, potato gnocchi with snail broth and red shrimp. These are more everyday products, from day to day, made in simple recipes that everyone likes.
The elegance of the night has nothing to do with the informality of midday. The experience is different and bold, and it is reflected, especially, in the desserts. One of the chef's creations is, for example, raisin olive, coffee and chocolate. Quite a claim for curious palates.
