Forastera is the name that the co-founder of this establishment site in Alaró chose for being, &he himself, an outsider in Mallorca. Sven Godhes, a Berliner from the East, decided to put into practice the art of brewing handmade beer, right at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain. A space in which the flavors of all kinds of beer that they elaborate combine perfectly with the tapas and the plates of Spanish and German tradition.
