More than 150 gastronomic experiences
This small restaurant located just in front of the Mercar de l'Olivar, in Palma , is an authentic market restaurant. The chef, Germán Muñoz, does not work with a menu but by suggestions, depending on the season and the products he finds in the market. Every day he prepares his own bread, with his mother's dough, and always bets on local and kilometer zero products.
