More than 150 gastronomic experiences
At twelve o'clock in the morning the chef assembles the new and brand new fish display so that, at one o'clock, the time the restaurant opens, everything is prepared and perfectly arranged to welcome the diners.
Today, among the pieces of ice there is turbot, which is always on the menu, John Dory, ideal to prepare salt or back, sargo, cantara, cap roig... There is also red Sóller shrimp, potry squid, pulpet and squid.
"This real Mallorcan lobster is the best that is under the sea", explains Nacho Amores, "and the best way to prepare it is in a sweet rice". The place to enjoy it is also clear, the cozy terrace of Ses Oliveres.
