More than 150 gastronomic experiences
Both meals start with a tast consisting of a grilled soy marinated tuna taco with wakame seaweed and sesame, and end with suzette strawberries with meringue milk ice cream and chocolate lust cake.
The first menu will continue with some artichokes with foie with a reduction of Veritas Dolç and Bloody Mary mussels. The main course will be sea bass with steamed potatoes, green beans, candied cherry tomato and sea aioli.
With the second menu, some clams with sake and a Mediterranean tartare are added to the artichoke starters. In this case, the main dish will be Mallorcan lobster, accompanied by steamed potatoes, green beans, candied cherry tomato, and this time, oyster mayonnaise.
