Spring Special: Wine and food

Classic, but with international touches


 "There's nothing better than a good wine for a good meal," explains Juan Pablo Cabagna, owner and one of the chefs at Wine and Food. A year after its opening this restaurant has been made, above all, with local clientele of the city.

Starters such as duck tataki with pear with red wine and Japanese mayonnaise, ceviches, Japanese-style taco... have turned Wine and Food into a restaurant very visited by foreigners, but increasingly by people from Palma. "At first it cost us a little bit" says the chef, "but who comes in once, repeats." 

Fresh, classic recipes with international touches

Juan Pablo Cabagna and head chef Robertino Barca like to experiment with ingredients and nuances from cuisines around the world because "on five continents there is a whole range of recipes to mix with Mediterranean products and create new flavours". Thus, you can taste homemade brioches of lobster, beef tagliata, tuna with sesame crust... and any suggestions they come up with.
