More than 150 gastronomic experiences
Spring invades the valley of Sóller with aromas of orange blossom and citrus. With them come the first hikers and in Restaurante Café Med want to take them accordingly: with a selection of miniature dishes of Mallorcan gastronomy, wisely interpreted by chef Peter Toth.
The Café Med Restaurant will present in the Fira de la Taronja a selection of very tempting dishes. Peter Toth will prepare mussel salad with asparagus and orange vinaigrette, country chicken stuffed in orange-rosemary sauce with vegetables and sweet potato and orange brownie with carogar ice cream. With fornalutx oranges and limes the chef has made orange and limachello, two sweet and acidic liqueurs to taste on any occasion.
