The headline may be influenced by the fact that tomorrow is Valentine's Day, but regardless of this, the hive or backwater of gastronomy that Mallorca and specifically Ciutat have become, there is no doubt that, today, the Woman has been fully incorporated and, of course, with the honors that correspond to her most real beauty and distinction. Between tablecloths, the feminine touch enhances any delicacy.
To all this, until recently, associations, clubs, gastronomic clubs ... were made up of men, indeed, women were frequently not admitted. Fortunately, things have changed a lot. Now the groups of women who meet periodically to taste dishes and wines are common, while promoting affective relationships.
Without going any further, on January 30th the monthly lunch of Comidas con Encanto was held, a group led by Nuria Fonte, which has a bunch of ladies who are very, very knowledgeable in things of gastronomic pleasure. For the occasion, the group chose Sa Fulla, a restaurant located in the Santa Catalina neighborhood of Palma, which, led by Martha in the dining room and Héctor in the kitchen, proposes a very attentive and professional service and a cuisine as appetizing as it is good executed, not in vain, the girls were so delighted that the following Saturday they had dinner at Sa Fulla with their respective partners.

From Sa Fulla's menu, I highlight the Rapa Nui Tuna, a dish that Héctor created in tribute to Easter Island, presented with the finery of a delicious Mediterranean. Furthermore, Sa Fulla is the fusion of a very special concept. It is a good restaurant, where you can also buy art, antique furniture, silverware ... in a beautiful exhibition.
