More than 150 gastronomic experiences
The result of this trip promises spectacular recipes born from the traditions and ancestral cultures of the places visited. For now, the most interesting novelties include the creation of a fusion duo between cocktails, paired with David Hidalgo's signature tapas.
Inspiration from the holidays will also lead Fanny and David to create their own garden, organize catering for events and make changes to the menu. Ecuadorian dishes, such as ceviche, will be reinterpreted, as well as the tartares and the wonderful line of special ravioli from the house.
